If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will contact the customer and provide available options, which may include accepting the delay or cancelling the affected order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Customers in the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions and the customer’s legal obligations regarding the care and return of the goods.
